Applicants MUST have current experience in carrying out all panel repair work on all makes of vehicles and Spray painting cars within an accident repair centre. It is essential that candidates have experience with all aspects of current paint finishers including water based paints and two pack. The successful candidate will be working as part of the Body shop team undertaking all vehicle panel beating and painting tasks as distributed by the director e.g. spraying of vehicles both complete and panel work: masking, flatting down, priming, top coat, lacquering and finishing including final polish work and be able to demonstrate a full range of vehicle body repairs including jig work. They must ensure that they check finished work as part of quality control and they Clean and maintain spray tools and equipment. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment without compromising the quality of their work. Driving Licence required but not essential To qualify for this position you must have worked in the motor trade previously
