2013 June – Café Boheme – French Bistro (13 Old Compton Street, London W1D 5JQ) Bar back, food runner (Cover while employee was away)I started working in such a large company as Soho House, which encouraged me to learn and improve my knowledge, even working as a bar back in such a busy environment you must be very focus and think on your feet. In this role, I learnt importance of teamwork to enable guest satisfaction and to fulfil business expectations.
